Dear users, we face too often one of these problems on Mantis:
user report on mantis not an issue but a request for help like
.... I can not get an string localized ...
... I can not get LDAP authentication working ...
and so on.
We do our best to support our users, but is impossible from a resource usage point of view to work this way. (scarse resource is our time)
Then:
1. before doing any post on Mantis or Forum, do searchs for similar issues/topics
2. do not send mail to dev team asking for help on things you can solve looking/searching on: Documentation, Mantis, Forum, asking on facebook or tweet.
3. ask yourself: is this an issue ? is this a potential config mistake? then post on the right tool.
